The VAF Filtration Systems V-200P filter features the most advanced and cost effective self-cleaning screen filtration technology available. Ideal for flow rates from 7 to 50 m3/hr (30 to 220 gpm), the V-200P filter offers the best value solution for automatic filtration down to 10 micron rating. The actual particulate filtration size cut-off is determined by the screen size, which is typically 100 micron, but also available in other sizes from 10 to 1500 micron (contact Parkway to confirm availability of a given micron rating).

The 10 to 15 second flush cycle is automatically initiated when a pressure differential across the screen increases to 0.5 bar (7 psi). The filter remains on-line and the filtration process is uninterrupted during the brief cleaning process. The flush discharge is among the lowest available resulting in minimal waste.

Constructed using glass reinforced nylon and 316L stainless steel, the inherently corrosion resistant materials of the V-200P filter ensure a long service life under a wide range of water quality conditions including seawater, process water, cooling tower filtration, pre-filtration to membrane, and irrigation.

• Range of water treatment related filtration options, including as a pre-treatment for downstream membrane base processes, including ultrafiltration (UF) and reverse osmosis (RO) based systems.
