Carbon Post-Filter Cartridge for the Pentair PRF-RO System is the final stage of the system and is used to "sweeten" or "polish" the product water to remove residual (post-RO) impurities and is highly recommended if you will be drinking the water.
About the PRF-RO System (available separately)
The PRF-RO Reverse Osmosis system is an integrated water treatment system with on-demand, continuous flow that does not require a storage tank operates without the requirement for a pump or electricity. This PRF-RO system features a consistent membrane efficiency and a high recovery. Moreover, it has a high impact plastic construction and compact and sleek styling.
The system includes replaceable filters and membrane elements. The prefilter reduces sand, silt, dirt, rust particles, other sediments, and chlorine from the water supply before they enter the RO membrane elements. The postfilter reduces any tastes and/or odors that may remain in the water after passing through the RO membrane elements.
ADDITIONAL FEATURES
- The Carbon Post-Filter Cartridge should be replaced every 6 months depending on the quality of your water and how much your system is being utilised.
APPLICATIONS
- The Carbon Post-Filter Cartridge, is suitable for the polishing stage of the PRF-RO Reverse Osmosis system.
