The UHMWPE RCS240 specialty hose is a high-performance chemical hose suitable for a wide range of pumping and fluid transfer related applications, including as either a suction hose (the hose incorporates a high-strength synthetic reinforcement), or as a delivery hose in demanding environments.

In addition to the chemical resistant inner tube and the high strength reinforcement which incorporates both a wire helix and anti-static copper wire, the premium hose is wrapped in EPDM/SBR rubber, providing excellent abrasion and weather resistant performance.

ADDITIONAL FEATURES

• Inner tube is made of white smooth, ultra high molecular weight polyethylene, (UHMWPE), which provides excellent chemical resistance, and meets FDA standards.
• Hose reinforcement, is based on the integration of a high strength synthetic cord plus wire helix and anti-static copper wire.
• Hose cover, consists of a blue smooth wrapped EPDM/SBR rubber, abrasion and weather resistant.

APPLICATIONS

• Suitable for a wide range of pumping applications, including as the suction hose for a range of fluid, chemical and effluent transfer.
• Special multi-purpose food quality suction and delivery hose, suitable for range of food and beverage industry related applications, including transfer of oily or fatty foods, as well as beer, wine and spirits.
