Multi-Wet Multitreat-109 is an effective scale and corrosion inhibitor suitable for use with most metals (including copper and aluminium) and plastics in a range of HVAC related applications, including close water systems. Multi-Wet Multitreat-109 inhibits corrosion and prevents precipitation of calcium and other scale forming compounds without the need for pH control and the inherent dangers of acid feed. Multi-Wet Multitreat-109 does not readily degrade in the presence of microbiological activity, when used in closed cooling, heating and chilled water systems using distilled or fresh water and is effective where oxygen is present.
Multitreat-109 is a proprietary chemical formulation that has been field-proven for more than a decade, in a range of applications by Multi-Wet, and is now supplied exclusively in Australia, by Parkway Process Solutions.
