The Grundfos DMH 2.2-25 is a versatile positive displacement diaphragm dosing pump designed for reliable chemical dosing in demanding industrial and process applications. The DMH range is engineered for robust operation where accurate low-flow dosing at high operating pressures is required.

The diaphragm is hydraulically coupled through a precise gear-eccenter-tappet system to a high-efficiency AC motor. Dosing capacity can be adjusted by varying the stroke length using the stroke adjustment knob, providing an adjustment ratio of 1:10.

This configuration features a stainless steel EN 1.4571 dosing head, stainless steel EN 1.4401 valve ball, PTFE/composite valve seat and gasket components, and a long-life PTFE diaphragm. With a nominal dosing capacity of 2.2 L/h, maximum operating pressure of 25 bar and compatibility with liquids up to 300 mPa·s viscosity, the pump provides robust performance for demanding high-pressure chemical dosing applications.
