The IWAKI ES Series Electromagnetic Metering Pump is a compact, high-speed chemical dosing solution designed for precise and reliable fluid injection at an economical cost. Engineered with sophisticated Japanese technology, the ES Series delivers consistent metering performance for OEM applications and general chemical dosing systems.
Operating at up to 360 strokes per minute, the ES Series ensures high-resolution chemical feed while eliminating slug-feed effects. Its double ball check valve system provides excellent sealing to prevent loss of prime, while the long-lasting PTFE-coated EPDM diaphragm maintains stable flow rates even at higher discharge pressures.
Thanks to its small footprint, quiet operation, and lightweight design, the IWAKI ES Series is ideal for water treatment, industrial chemical injection, cooling towers, boilers, and process dosing applications where accuracy and durability are critical.
