The Vanguard G5 EX Powered Air Purifying Respirator (PAPR) Complete Kit (PRK-G5ATX-1) is an advanced powered respiratory protection system designed for demanding industrial applications and potentially explosive atmospheres. With ATEX and IECEx certification, the G5 EX is suitable for hazardous environments across Groups I, II and III, including mining, oil and gas applications.

The system provides three selectable airflow rates of 170, 190 and 210 L/min, allowing airflow to be adjusted to suit the task and wearer comfort. Its pre-calibrated airflow system maintains stable airflow as conditions change, while the digital display provides real-time information on battery level, filter loading and airflow settings.

Powered by an intrinsically safe 6400 mAh battery, the Vanguard G5 EX provides up to 11 hours of operation at 170 L/min and charges in approximately 2.5 hours. The lightweight, balanced headtop and high-impact visor provide comfort, protection and a wide field of vision for extended use.
