The Vanguard G5 EX Decon Cleaning Plug Kit (PRF-G5ATX-DECON) is designed to protect compatible Vanguard G5 EX PAPR equipment during cleaning and decontamination procedures. The kit includes an inlet cleaning plug and an outlet cleaning plug that seal vulnerable openings to help prevent dust and water ingress.

When both plugs are correctly fitted, compatible equipment achieves an IP65 protection rating. This includes IP6X dust-tight protection and IPX5 protection against water jets from all directions. The kit is particularly useful where respiratory equipment requires regular wash-down, cleaning or shower decontamination as part of workplace hygiene and maintenance procedures.

The robust construction and enhanced sealing make the PRF-G5ATX-DECON suitable for demanding industrial environments where equipment needs to be cleaned thoroughly while protecting internal components from contamination and moisture.
