Combining pin moisture measurement, deep pinless scanning, hygrometry, and infrared surface temperature measurement into a single portable instrument, the MMS3 enables rapid identification of moisture intrusion, condensation risks, and hidden water damage. Bluetooth connectivity allows live data streaming, job management, photographic reporting, and measurement storage through the Protimeter Connect App, making documentation and reporting simple while improving inspection efficiency both on-site and in the office.
