The High Pressure 12V DC Diaphragm Pump is a high quality reliable low voltage (12V) water pump capable of generating high pressures, these pumps have a multitude of uses and applications across many industries. This diaphragm pump runs a fixed motor speed and can be considered to be a constant flow pump (positive displacement). This means the pump will flow at very close to the referenced flow rate assuming the voltage to the motor is kept constant.

These pumps are supplied with an integrated pressure switch in the pump's discharge. The pressure switch is adjustable and allows the user to vary what pressure the pump will shut off at. This feature is great for those using the pump for example in a pressure washer application when the spray guns trigger is released, the pump automatically shuts off saving power and also protecting the pump.

These diaphragm style pumps are corrosion resistant and are also excellent at self-priming up to 2.7m vertically. Easy to use and install with a range of fittings supplied with the pump. The pump is lightweight and easily portable to job sites or can be permanently installed in your vehicle, motor home, trailer or boat.

Popular in a range of industries and applications including water transfer, pressure spraying, on-board boats and ships for water filtering and treating including reverse osmosis and desalination. Agricultural and farming applications for stock water in remote locations as well as commercial misting and cooling uses.
