The Grundfos DMX 525-3 is a versatile positive displacement diaphragm dosing pump designed for reliable higher-capacity chemical dosing in demanding industrial and process applications. Its robust aluminium construction, mechanically coupled diaphragm drive and straightforward capacity adjustment provide dependable dosing performance.

The diaphragm is mechanically coupled through a precise gear-eccenter-tappet system to a high-efficiency AC motor. Dosing capacity can be adjusted by varying the stroke length using the stroke adjustment knob, providing an adjustment ratio of 1:10. The liquid end incorporates single ball valves, while the robust industrial construction is designed for reliable operation in demanding process environments.

This configuration features a PVC dosing head, long-life PTFE-coated diaphragm, glass SiLibeads Type P valve balls, polyethylene (PE) valve seats and FKM/rubber valve gaskets. With a nominal dosing capacity of 525 L/h, maximum operating pressure of 3 bar and compatibility with liquids up to 50 mPa·s viscosity, the pump provides dependable performance for compatible industrial and chemical dosing applications.
