The Grundfos DMX 115-3 is a versatile positive displacement diaphragm dosing pump designed for reliable chemical dosing in demanding industrial and process applications. The DMX 221 series combines robust construction with straightforward mechanical capacity adjustment for dependable dosing performance.

The diaphragm is mechanically coupled through a precise gear-eccenter-tappet system to a high-efficiency AC motor. Dosing capacity can be adjusted by varying the stroke length using the stroke adjustment knob, providing an adjustment ratio of 1:10. The DMX 221 design uses single ball valves from 60 L/h, making this 115 L/h configuration suitable for higher-flow dosing duties.

This configuration features a stainless steel EN 1.4571 dosing head, long-life PTFE-coated diaphragm, stainless steel EN 1.4401 valve balls, stainless steel EN 1.4571 valve seats and FKM/rubber valve gaskets. With a nominal dosing capacity of 115 L/h, maximum operating pressure of 3 bar and compatibility with liquids up to 100 mPa·s viscosity, the pump provides dependable performance for compatible industrial and chemical dosing applications.
