The Grundfos DMH 83-10 is a versatile positive displacement diaphragm dosing pump designed for reliable chemical dosing in demanding industrial and process applications. The DMH range is engineered for robust operation where dependable dosing performance and higher dosing capacities are required.
The diaphragm is hydraulically coupled through a precise gear-eccenter-tappet system to a high-efficiency AC motor. Dosing capacity can be adjusted by varying the stroke length using the stroke adjustment knob, providing an adjustment ratio of 1:10.
This configuration features a stainless steel EN 1.4571 dosing head and valve seat, stainless steel EN 1.4401 valve ball, FKM valve gasket and a long-life PTFE diaphragm. With a nominal dosing capacity of 83 L/h and maximum operating pressure of 10 bar, the pump provides robust performance for demanding process and chemical dosing environments.
