The Grundfos DMH 50-200 is a robust positive displacement diaphragm dosing pump designed specifically for demanding high-pressure industrial and process applications. This DMH high-pressure configuration provides a nominal dosing capacity of 50 L/h at 50 Hz while supporting operating pressures up to 200 bar.
The diaphragm is hydraulically coupled through a precise gear-eccenter-tappet system to a high-efficiency AC motor. Dosing capacity can be adjusted by varying the stroke length using the stroke adjustment knob, providing an adjustment ratio of 1:10. The high-pressure DMH design provides dependable and precise chemical metering for applications where elevated operating pressures are required.
This configuration features an EN 1.4571 stainless steel dosing head and valve seat, EN 1.4401 stainless steel valve ball, FKM valve gasket and long-life PTFE diaphragm. Spring-loaded inlet and outlet ball valves support reliable operation at elevated pressures. With a nominal dosing capacity of 50 L/h and maximum operating pressure of 200 bar, the pump is suited to demanding high-pressure industrial and chemical dosing environments.
