The Grundfos DMH 43-10 is a versatile positive displacement diaphragm dosing pump designed for reliable chemical dosing in demanding industrial and process applications. The DMH range is engineered for robust operation where dependable dosing performance and accurate chemical metering are required.

The diaphragm is hydraulically coupled through a precise gear-eccenter-tappet system to a high-efficiency AC motor. Dosing capacity can be adjusted by varying the stroke length using the stroke adjustment knob, providing an adjustment ratio of 1:10.

This configuration features a PVC dosing head, PTFE diaphragm, ceramic Al₂O₃ valve balls, PTFE valve seat components and EPDM valve gaskets. With a nominal dosing capacity of 43 L/h, compatibility with liquids up to 300 mPa·s viscosity and preparation for VFD operation, the pump provides a robust solution for demanding process dosing installations.

ADDITIONAL FEATURES
  • Long-life PTFE diaphragm
  • Easy-to-install and operate design
  • Aluminium pump housing
  • Optimum capacity and stroke-frequency graduation
  • Dosing flow variation ±1.5% (FS)
