The Grundfos DMH 403-10D is a robust dual-head positive displacement diaphragm dosing pump designed for reliable chemical dosing in demanding industrial and process applications. This configuration combines two dosing heads with a nominal dosing capacity of 403 L/h at 50 Hz and a maximum operating pressure of 10 bar.
The diaphragms are hydraulically coupled through a precise gear-eccenter-tappet system to a high-efficiency AC motor. Dosing capacity can be adjusted by varying the stroke length using the stroke adjustment knob, providing an adjustment ratio of 1:10. The dual-head arrangement provides a versatile dosing solution while retaining the robust mechanical design of the Grundfos DMH range.
This configuration features two PVDF dosing heads, long-life PTFE diaphragms, PTFE/composite valve balls, PTFE/composite valve seats and PTFE/composite valve gaskets. With compatibility for liquids up to 100 mPa·s viscosity and a liquid temperature range from -10 to 60 °C, the pump provides dependable performance for compatible industrial and chemical dosing applications.
