The Grundfos DMH 18-16 is a versatile positive displacement diaphragm dosing pump designed for reliable chemical dosing in demanding industrial and process applications. The DMH range is engineered for robust operation where dependable dosing performance is required.
The diaphragm is hydraulically coupled through a precise gear-eccenter-tappet system to a high-efficiency AC motor. Dosing capacity can be adjusted by varying the stroke length using the stroke adjustment knob, providing an adjustment ratio of 1:10.
This configuration features a PVDF dosing head, PTFE diaphragm and sealing components, and ceramic valve balls, providing durable wetted components for compatible chemical dosing applications. The pump's robust industrial construction and straightforward operating design make it suitable for demanding process environments.
