The Grundfos DMH 1150-10D is a robust dual-head positive displacement diaphragm dosing pump designed for reliable high-capacity chemical dosing in demanding industrial and process applications. This configuration combines two dosing heads with a nominal dosing capacity of 1150 L/h at 50 Hz and a maximum operating pressure of 10 bar.

The diaphragms are hydraulically coupled through a precise gear-eccenter-tappet system to a high-efficiency AC motor. Dosing capacity can be adjusted by varying the stroke length using the stroke adjustment knob, providing an adjustment ratio of 1:10. The dual-head arrangement provides a high-capacity dosing solution while retaining the robust mechanical design of the Grundfos DMH range.

This configuration features two PVC dosing heads, long-life PTFE diaphragms, glass SiLibeads Type P valve balls, PE valve seats and FKM valve gaskets. Standard inlet and outlet non-return valves and size 40 cementing connections provide a straightforward connection arrangement for compatible chemical dosing systems.
