The Grundfos DMH 10.4-200 is a robust positive displacement diaphragm dosing pump designed specifically for demanding high-pressure industrial and process applications. This DMH high-pressure configuration provides a nominal dosing capacity of 10.4 L/h at 50 Hz while supporting operating pressures up to 200 bar.
The diaphragm is hydraulically coupled through a precise gear-eccenter-tappet system to a high-efficiency AC motor. Dosing capacity can be adjusted by varying the stroke length using the stroke adjustment knob, providing an adjustment ratio of 1:10. The high-pressure DMH design provides dependable and precise chemical metering where conventional lower-pressure dosing pumps are unsuitable.
This configuration features a stainless steel EN 1.4571 dosing head and valve seat, stainless steel EN 1.4401 valve ball, PTFE/composite valve gasket and long-life PTFE diaphragm. Spring-loaded inlet and outlet ball valves support reliable operation at elevated pressures. The pump is also prepared for VFD operation, with a maximum frequency of 100 Hz.
