The Grundfos DMH 111-50 is a robust positive displacement diaphragm dosing pump designed for reliable high-pressure chemical dosing in demanding industrial and process applications. The DMH high-pressure range is engineered for applications requiring dependable dosing performance at elevated operating pressures.
The diaphragm is hydraulically coupled through a precise gear-eccenter-tappet system to a high-efficiency AC motor. Dosing capacity can be adjusted by varying the stroke length using the stroke adjustment knob, providing an adjustment ratio of 1:10.
This configuration features an EN 1.4571 stainless steel dosing head, EN 1.4401 stainless steel valve ball, PTFE/composite valve seat and gasket, and a long-life PTFE diaphragm. With a nominal dosing capacity of 111 L/h and maximum operating pressure of 50 bar, the pump provides robust performance for demanding high-pressure industrial and chemical dosing environments.
