The Grundfos DMH 12-16 is a hydraulically actuated piston-diaphragm dosing pump designed for accurate and reliable chemical dosing in demanding industrial and water treatment applications.
With a nominal dosing capacity of 12 L/h and a maximum operating pressure of 16 bar, the DMH 12-16 is suitable for applications requiring controlled chemical metering at relatively high discharge pressures.
This model features a PVDF dosing head, PTFE gaskets and ceramic valve balls, providing excellent chemical resistance for use with a broad range of compatible dosing chemicals.
The hydraulic diaphragm design separates the drive mechanism from the process liquid and is designed to provide reliable operation in continuous and demanding dosing applications.
ADDITIONAL FEATURES
- Manual stroke-length adjustment with approximately 10:1 turndown, allowing the dosing rate to be adjusted to suit the application
- Up to 300 mPa·s viscosity for this pump configuration according to the supplied specification.
- Multiple connection/tubing sizes: 4/6, 6/9, 6/12 and 9/12 mm.
- Hydraulic diaphragm support provides protection of the diaphragm during operation.
