KEY FEATURES
  • Convenient boiler treatment control test kit
  • Simple and economical testing method
  • Inclusive of all the required apparatus and reagents

Proper maintenance and optimisation of boilers and cooling towers require a careful balance between water quality parameters and treatment chemicals. The Hach BTC-2 Boiler Treatment Control Test Kit provides testing capability for sulfite, phosphate (0-40 mg/L), and pH (7.4-9.6), offering an economical means of monitoring common boiler water parameters. Sulfite is generally added to boiler water to reduce dissolved oxygen levels. Phosphate additions help reduce scale formation. pH levels are monitored to ensure corrosion control.

The Hach BTC-2 Boiler Treatment Control Test Kit utilises drop count titration and a colour comparator disc, therefore no batteries are required.

Hach BTC-2 Boiler Treatment Control Test Kit contains all required reagents and apparatus to start performing analysis in the field, with no additional equipment.
